Marcia Brandenburg-Goddard obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology cum laude at Leiden University in 2012. During her master’s programme she started her doctoral research at the Department of Clinical Child and Adolescent Studies. Additionally, she is involved in thesis supervision and teaching both bachelor’s and master’s degree-level courses, e.g., in research skills and neuropsychology. She also counsels children with developmental disorders.

Research

Marcia’s research is currently focused on brain mechanisms, underlying social dysfunction in children with autism spectrum disorders, and Klinefelter syndrome. She uses neuropsychological assessment in combination with MRI brain scans.
