New PhD Dean

Professor Femmie Juffer is the new PhD Dean.

The PhD Dean of the Graduate School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Professor Joyce Outshoorn, has retired. Her successor is Professor Femmie Juffer. She is available for PhD's who have problems of an academic nature.
