May 26, 2009: Individual grants training

On Tuesday, 26 May, EG-Liaison organises a Marie Curie Individual Grants training in English.

Target group

Researchers with at least 4 years of research experience or a PhD who want to perform a part of their research abroad and who want to submit a proposal for a Marie Curie Individual Grant. 


Learning goals

At the training you will learn about possibilities within Marie Curie activities with special respect to Marie Curie Individual Grants. You will learn how to write a successful Marie Curie Individual grant proposal.  To enhance your chances of succeeding, you will learn how to look at the proposal through the eyes of an evaluator.

Training setup

The training will last for the whole day. Using practical examples  you will learn how to form your research idea into an attractive project proposal. 
The training will show you how to present your profile and career development plan within the framework of your research activities.   Additionally, trainers will take time to explain the financial rules of Marie Curie Individual grants in order to prepare you for the administrative and contractual aspects that will apply when you obtain Marie Curie Individual Grants funding.
