The Vrije Universiteit Brussel is a university that offers high quality education and research in the Brussels Capital Region. The research teams are internationally recognised in many disciplines of fundamental and applied research.
PLATO is a centre for research and development in education and training. We work both in regular education and in corporate training. It belongs to the Leiden University in the Netherlands.
The Staatliches Seminar für Didaktik und Lehrerbildung (Gymnasien) Tübingen in Germany prepares post-graduate students for teaching in grammar schools.
The National Education Institute’s (Zavod RS za šolstvo) work covers pre-school, primary and secondary education, combining teaching theory and practice in these areas into a functional unit thus contributing to a continued quality reform of the school system.
The Högskolan i Gävle (University of Gävle) is a state university, situated in the north of Sweden. The University of Gävle works on research and development of education in very different programmes. The Department of Education and Psychology is one of six departments, where the expertise needed in the project is.
The Department of Swedish and Social Sciences is a part of the Teacher Education Faculty. 50% of the staff has doctor’s degree and three of them are associate professors. The research areas are school organisation, teacher’s ´work, enterprise learning, entrepreneurship, mentorship and value-foundation.
The NHL offers a wide range of student programs and workplacement programs are part in the curriculum. The diversity of students with their own history,interest and career path, stimulates tailor-made education, the NHL invests in an extensive network and exchange of knowledge with school organisations.
Tallinn University is a public institution of higher education. Its main strengths lie in the fields of humanities and social sciences, but it also has a strong and constantly growing component of natural and exact sciences, as well as a notable tradition of teacher training and educational research.
