Because the research methods in most areas of psychology are the same, knowlegde of these methods is a good basis for a wide range of career possibilities. The student who chooses for the master Methods and Statistics, has the following opportunities:

• Researcher such as PhD
• Advisor methods and statistics and data analysis in a company or at the government 
• Methods and statistics specialist in a research team

The career perspective for this area is good: most of the students will find a fitting job direct after graduation. About 40 percent of the students will become a PhD.
