Frank de Wit is a PhD student in the Social and Organizational Psychology unit of Leiden University. He received an MSc degree in International Business at CentER Graduate School at Tilburg University and an MPhil degree in Social and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University
Research
His different master’s theses focused on the effects, perceptions, and management of conflict in humans and other primates, both on the group, and the individual level. His current research will be concerned with the antecedents and underlying cognitive mechanisms causing asymmetrical perceptions of conflict situations.
