Margot van der Doef is assistant Professor at the University of Leiden. Her research interests are health promotion and occupational health. Within the area of occupational health psychology, she is currently focusing on quality of work and employee health and well-being; the impact of personal goals pursuit and (non)attainment on employee well-being; work-home conflict and facilitation; development, implementation, and evaluation of worksite health promotion interventions.
