July 29-31, 2011: International Conference on the Teaching of Psychology

Individuals interested in presenting a paper, workshop or poster should submit an abstract by April 21, 2011.

The conference will cover a wide range of issues related to the teaching of psychology. It is designed for teachers of psychology at universities, colleges and high schools who are interested in enhancing their teaching skills, exchanging perspectives and exploring new ideas.

Topics

The conference will include topics such as classroom demonstrations, new teaching methods, recent advances in specialized areas of psychology, and issues of assessment. The keynote speakers will be John Pinel, Ludy T. Benjamin Jr. and Philip Zimbardo.

Journal "Psychology, Learning and Teaching"

A new addition to this year's conference is that the journal "Psychology, Learning and Teaching" will have a special issue dedicated to the conference. All abstracts from posters and talks will be published in the journal and anyone who wishes to have a full paper published may submit the full article for peer review by the journal.
