Master's diploma and graduation
Almost finished with your master’s programme? Submit the application form to the Student Information Desk in time, so you'll receive your diploma.
Graduation and presentation
You have finished your master's programme after you've passed your last study task. Master’s diplomas are dated (graduation date) the last working day of the month in which the last academic achievement (graduation date) takes place. The presentation of the diplomas will be later (diploma presentation date).
There will be diploma presentation six times a year in the Academy building.

Application
Please, always fill in the application form and mail or hand in the form at least two weeks in advance of the expected graduation date (you may consult the schedule above) at the Student Information Desk.
Please consult your Academic Requirements in uSis and add the courses you followed and which are not shown. If you have 35 ects it is possible to apply for graduation in uSis.
Ceremony
Two weeks before the diploma presentation at the latest, invitations are sent to the students. The presentation of the diploma lasts approximately 10 minutes per student, including a speech by the thesis supervisor or the internship supervisor. After the ceremony, you are invited to put your signature on the wall of the 'zweetkamertje'.

Absence
If you are unable to participate in the diploma presentation, please inform the Student Information Desk at the least three weeks before the diploma presentation date. In this case, you can collect your diploma from the Student Information Desk starting on the first day after the official diploma presentation. When collecting your diploma, you must be able to prove your identity.
