Application deadline:

  • April 1 for the Fall semester (September - December)
  • October 15 for the Spring semester (February - June)

2009-2010 Academic Calendar

Semester I 

  • Block 1:  31 August till end of October
  • Block 2:  end of October till 31 January 
Semester II
  • Block 3: 1 February till end of March 
  • Block 4: end of March till beginning of June

Courses at master's level for exchange students

Exchange students who would like to attend courses within the Master's (MSc) programme in Public Administration should:

  • be at master's level (having completed at least three to four years of academic study),
  • have sufficient proficiency in English (TOEFL 570 paper-based / 230 computer-based, IELTS 6.5). Recommanded is: TOEFL: level 600 (paper based) or level 250 (computer based) or level 100 (internet based) or IELTS: level 7.0 
The master's programme can be found in the e-Prospectus. Please note that the master's courses have a maximum participation limit; priority is always given to the master’s degree students. Exchange students cannot attend courses which are part of the research master's programme.
