The Willem Einthoven Building is located at the rear side of Leiden's central station. You can reach CWTS by foot within approximately 5 minutes. Leaving at the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) exit, go past the LUMC building on your left, and after 150 meters the RijnVeste Building on your right, you will face a five-story building, the Willem Einthoven Building. Cross the roundabout in front of you and cross the small bridge (only for pedestrians and bicycles). Turn left and follow the path alongside the building. The main entrance is after the next right turn.
- Route from the A44:
Leave the A44 at exit 8 (exit: Leiden-Valkenburg-Katwijk-Noordwijk from the direction of The Hague; -exit: Leiden-Utrecht from the direction of Amsterdam). Take the direction to Leiden centre/Naturalis via the Plesmanlaan, or
- Route from the A4:
Leave the A4 at exit 7 (Zoeterwoude dorp) and continue on the N206 towards Katwijk. At the large T-junction with the Plesmanlaan turn right towards Leiden centre/Naturalis. On the Plesmanlaan take the first left turn possible; you are now on the Einsteinweg. Continue on this road and turn right at the roundabout, onto the Max Planckweg. Follow this road until the Wassenaarseweg, then take a right turn. Drive up to the entrance of the "Boerhaave kwartier", just before the TNO building. Turn right. The last building on your left is the Willem Einthoven Building.
